This is the procedure by which a foreign citizen who already holds an arraigo authorization in Spain modifies their legal status to obtain a residence and employee work permit. There are two pathways: Pathway A (less than 12 months with the arraigo, 1-year permit, SNE required) and Pathway B (12+ months with the arraigo, 4-year permit, SNE not required).
